*About Mohamed Ben Taher

I'm Mohamed Ben Taher, a software engineer based in Tangier, Morocco. I design and build full-stack products and backend systems at InnovX: RAG pipelines, distributed infrastructure, and cloud-native deployments that have to stay correct under load, not just work once in a demo.

My day-to-day toolkit spans TypeScript (React, Next.js), Python (FastAPI, LangGraph), and Go on the back end, with Postgres, pgvector, Pinecone, and Azure for data, retrieval, and deployment. I care about boring reliability: observability, backpressure, idempotency, and migrations that don't wake anyone up at 3 a.m.

This site is my public workshop. The articles section collects writing on software engineering, system design, and lessons from production. The projects and case studies sections document things I've built or shipped, including the architecture decisions and trade-offs behind them. Everything published here is written by me, not generated on my behalf.

You can verify this identity through my long-standing public profiles: GitHub (MohamedBenTaher), LinkedIn (mohamed-ben-taher), and X (@Mbentaher_1). The same email address, [email protected], has been associated with this domain and those profiles for years.

Outside the keyboard: kickboxing, trail running, and reading — see the book recommendations page for what I think is worth your time.
